SEFIA Return Policy

At SEFIA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-Day Return Policy. Please review the terms below:

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging (including tags, labels, and accessories).
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers, etc.).
  • Digital downloads or software that has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
 

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
 

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please specify the replacement item when submitting your return request. We will ship the new item once the returned product is received.
 

Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect sizing), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

 

In-Store Returns

If you purchased your item in-store, please bring the product along with your receipt to any SEFIA location. Our team will assist you with the return or exchange process.
